You've arrived here because you clicked the Help!!! button on the index page; probably because something on the index page doesn't work, like the menus.  This site has been designed with Frontpage 2003 with additional JavaScript programming for added functionality.  This site confirms to the W3 HTML 4 specification, of July 1997.  You should be able to view this site with Microsoft Internet Explorer v4 and above or with Netscape 6 and above.

If you are using an earlier browser version you'll need to update to a newer version.  You can get MS Internet Explorer here by downloading it or ordering a cd.  You can download Netscape from here.
